Q + A

What is the dress code?

For the ceremony and reception, semi-formal attire is recommended. Short dresses, jumpsuits, etc. are appropriate, and jackets/ties are not required. All paths to/from the venue, as well as the rooftop deck and reception area are hard surfaces. Feel free to wear whatever shoes are most comfortable.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Weather dependent, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be on a covered rooftop deck. Note that it can be sunny depending on the time of day. Heaters will be dispersed among the deck if the weather is colder. The reception will be held indoors, with option for opening up to the outdoors if the weather permits. Fire pits and heaters will be dispersed along the deck and will be available throughout the outdoor space in the evening.

What will the weather be like?

Though it's hard to predict the weather on the exact day, early June in Colorado is typically sunny and in the 70s during the day and dips into the 40s at night. Short afternoon thunderstorms are also common. Dressing in layers is recommended.

Will transportation be provided?

Unfortunately we will not be providing transportation to the venue. Each of the recommended hotels under the "Travel" tab are within walking distance to the venue and downtown Estes Park, with several buses and shuttles available. AirBnB and VRBO also have several rental options within walking distance. Uber/Lyft services are also available in the area.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Yes - on site parking in close vicinity to the venue is available. All paths from the parking lots to the venue are paved.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes - the venue is fully wheelchair accessible including paved paths, ramps, and an elevator.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Yes! Please refer to your invite for details on number of guests included in your party, and indicate any children under the age of 10 in your RSVP.

Have you booked hotel room blocks for guests?

Yes - please refer to the "Travel" tab for details regarding hotels and room blocks.

Will there be any other events to attend during the wedding weekend?

Yes! If possible, please feel free to join us for both a welcome campfire at the Fall River Village fire pits and a post-wedding brunch in the Fall River Village community room. Details are included on the "Home" tab of this website. Note that both of these events are meant to be drop-in style, and there is no obligation to attend or to be present the entire duration. Time windows listed on the schedule reflect entire length of the event.

When will the reception end? Will there be an after-party?

The reception will end at 10:00pm. An after-party will be hosted at The Wheel Bar in downtown Estes Park. The bar is approximately a 10min walk from the venue on paved foot paths.

What type of food and drink will be served?

We will be serving light passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour followed by a family-style plated dinner and dessert. Please indicate any dietary restrictions or kids meals on your RSVP. Open bar service will include a selection of local beer, wine, and seltzers in addition to non-alcoholic drinks. No outside alcohol is permitted.
