Amy and Matt met the way many modern miracles happen—in the mysterious world of Hinge. After a quick FaceTime to make sure the other person was real and not just using good lighting, they planned their first date. Romantic dinner? Nope. Matt showed up ready to help Amy move into her new apartment and spent the day building furniture while Amy “helped” by handing him tools and handing him snacks. It wasn’t glamorous, but it was real—and they both left that day knowing something special had started. Soon after, Matt returned to Florida, uncertain about where his next soccer contract—and life—would take him. But through prayer, patience, and a whole lot of trust in God’s timing, his path led him back to Charlotte. It didn’t take long for both of them to realize that what they had was more than coincidence—it was God-orchestrated. From the very beginning, they shared a deep love rooted in faith, laughter, and a mutual appreciation for the little things—like Chick-fil-A and long conversations about everything and nothing. One sunny afternoon at Freedom Park (under the guise of a couples photo shoot taken by Matt’s parents), surrounded by Amy’s family (strategically hidden of course), Matt asked Amy to marry him. She said yes, and was quite literally jumping up and down with excitement. They believe that their relationship is a beautiful answer to prayer and a reflection of God’s goodness. They are so excited to start this next chapter hand in hand, grounded in love, guided by faith, and surrounded by the people who mean the most to them.

We are using a travel agent and this is the deal she was able to get for everyone in regards to hotel stays! Deposit of $100 is due by Aug 29th to hold the rate. Jamaica is an international destination; therefore, a valid passport is required for entry. CATALONIA MONTEGO BAY Is the second option we have as an all inclusive hotel choice. They offer a per room rate instead of a per person per night rate. However, the Catalonia does not offer transportation to and from the hotel.
