There&nbsp;will&nbsp;be&nbsp;a&nbsp;shuttle&nbsp;bus&nbsp;(48&nbsp;passenger)&nbsp;departing promptly&nbsp;from&nbsp;Caesars&nbsp;Windsor,&nbsp;Chatham&nbsp;St&nbsp;E&nbsp;entrance at 3:45 pm.&nbsp;Make&nbsp;sure&nbsp;to&nbsp;allow&nbsp;time&nbsp;to&nbsp;park&nbsp;and&nbsp;get&nbsp;to&nbsp;the&nbsp;bus!&nbsp;The&nbsp;bus&nbsp;will&nbsp;drop&nbsp;guests&nbsp;off&nbsp;at&nbsp;the&nbsp;wedding&nbsp;venue&nbsp;in&nbsp;Kingsville&nbsp;and&nbsp;will&nbsp;also&nbsp;return&nbsp;guests&nbsp;at&nbsp;the&nbsp;end&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;night.&nbsp;This&nbsp;location&nbsp;was&nbsp;chosen&nbsp;because&nbsp;we&nbsp;do&nbsp;not&nbsp;want&nbsp;anyone&nbsp;drinking&nbsp;and&nbsp;driving&nbsp;so&nbsp;you&nbsp;can&nbsp;book&nbsp;a&nbsp;room&nbsp;and&nbsp;stay&nbsp;at&nbsp;the&nbsp;Casino&nbsp;or&nbsp;take&nbsp;a&nbsp;cab&nbsp;from&nbsp;the&nbsp;casino&nbsp;to&nbsp;your&nbsp;home.&nbsp;IF&nbsp;YOU&nbsp;WOULD&nbsp;LIKE&nbsp;TO&nbsp;TAKE&nbsp;THE&nbsp;SHUTTLE&nbsp;YOU&nbsp;MUST&nbsp;RESPOND&nbsp;ON&nbsp;THE&nbsp;MEAL&nbsp;SECTION&nbsp;OF&nbsp;THE&nbsp;RSVP&nbsp;ON&nbsp;THIS&nbsp;SITE&nbsp;(it&nbsp;was&nbsp;the&nbsp;only&nbsp;way&nbsp;I&nbsp;could&nbsp;think&nbsp;of&nbsp;getting&nbsp;numbers&nbsp;to&nbsp;know&nbsp;how&nbsp;many&nbsp;buses&nbsp;to&nbsp;reserve&nbsp;lol)

****THE SCHOOL BUS WILL ARRIVE AT 3:15PM AND&nbsp;WILL DEPART PROMPTLY AT 3:45***&nbsp;

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ALLOW TIME TO FIND PARKING AND WALK TO THE PICK UP AREA ON CHATHAM ST EAST -NOT&nbsp;ON RIVERSIDE DRIVE 

At the end of the night guests will load on to the bus between 1 to 1:15am. Just make sure you are on the WINDSOR bus.



 



Our&nbsp;hope&nbsp;is&nbsp;for&nbsp;everyone&nbsp;to&nbsp;come&nbsp;and&nbsp;have&nbsp;fun&nbsp;and,&nbsp;of&nbsp;course,&nbsp;to&nbsp;not&nbsp;drink&nbsp;and&nbsp;drive!&nbsp;So&nbsp;we&nbsp;have&nbsp;decided&nbsp;to&nbsp;hire&nbsp;a&nbsp;shuttle&nbsp;bus&nbsp;to&nbsp;take&nbsp;people&nbsp;from&nbsp;Windsor&nbsp;to&nbsp;the&nbsp;venue&nbsp;in&nbsp;Kingsville&nbsp;then&nbsp;back&nbsp;to&nbsp;Windsor&nbsp;at&nbsp;the&nbsp;end&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;night&nbsp;at&nbsp;1&nbsp;a.m.&nbsp; We've&nbsp;chosen&nbsp;this&nbsp;location&nbsp;for&nbsp;the&nbsp;shuttle&nbsp;bus&nbsp;because&nbsp;A)&nbsp;There&nbsp;is&nbsp;a&nbsp;parking&nbsp;garage&nbsp;to&nbsp;park&nbsp;your&nbsp;vehicle.&nbsp;B)&nbsp;There&nbsp;are&nbsp;accommodations&nbsp;here&nbsp;if&nbsp;you&nbsp;want&nbsp;to&nbsp;stay&nbsp;after&nbsp;the&nbsp;bus&nbsp;drops&nbsp;you&nbsp;off&nbsp;at&nbsp;the&nbsp;end&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;night&nbsp;(book&nbsp;in&nbsp;advance.&nbsp;We&nbsp;do&nbsp;NOT&nbsp;have&nbsp;a&nbsp;block&nbsp;of&nbsp;rooms&nbsp;here).&nbsp;C)&nbsp;If&nbsp;you&nbsp;don't&nbsp;want&nbsp;to&nbsp;stay&nbsp;the&nbsp;night&nbsp;at&nbsp;the&nbsp;Casino,&nbsp;there&nbsp;are&nbsp;always&nbsp;plenty&nbsp;of&nbsp;cabs&nbsp;waiting&nbsp;to&nbsp;drive&nbsp;you&nbsp;home!&nbsp;So&nbsp;many&nbsp;options!!&nbsp;Woohoo!

WINDSOR Shuttle (Pick up/Drop off at Caesars)

This&nbsp;accommodation&nbsp;as&nbsp;well&nbsp;as&nbsp;Talbot&nbsp;Trail&nbsp;Inn&nbsp;and&nbsp;Suites (which is much cheaper)&nbsp;are&nbsp;ideal&nbsp;for&nbsp;out&nbsp;of&nbsp;town&nbsp;guests&nbsp;who&nbsp;are&nbsp;not&nbsp;staying&nbsp;right&nbsp;in&nbsp;Kingsville.&nbsp;Leamington&nbsp;is&nbsp;one&nbsp;town&nbsp;over&nbsp;and&nbsp;will&nbsp;be&nbsp;approximately&nbsp;a&nbsp;20&nbsp;min&nbsp;drive.&nbsp;&nbsp;There&nbsp;will&nbsp;be&nbsp;a&nbsp;shuttle&nbsp;picking&nbsp;guests&nbsp;up&nbsp;at&nbsp;3:15pm&nbsp;(departing no later than 3:30pm to head to pick up guests at Talbot Trail Inn) to&nbsp;bring&nbsp;them&nbsp;to&nbsp;the&nbsp;wedding&nbsp;and&nbsp;will&nbsp;return&nbsp;guests&nbsp;at&nbsp;the&nbsp;end&nbsp;on&nbsp;the&nbsp;night.&nbsp;

Days Inn by Wyndham Leamington

School bus will arrive at Days Inn Leamington at 3:15 and depart no later than 3:30pm. It will then head to Talbot Trail Inn and Suites, arriving at approximately 3:35pm and departing no later than 3:45pm.&nbsp;The bus will then head to Kingsville to pick up anyone staying in the downtown core. The pick up location will be on Beech Street, directly behind The Grove Hotel. Bus will arrive at approximately 4:05pm and will depart no later than 4:15pm to head to the Pavilion. ***if there are more guests than the number of seats, the bus will circle back around after dropping off the first bus load**At&nbsp;the end of the night, the bus will load guests between 1 to 1:15am. The bus company has been instructed to load those staying in Leamington first to ensure they have transportation. The remaining spots can be filled with guests who are staying in downtown Kingsville.&nbsp; Any remaining Kingsville guests can hop on the smaller 18 passenger school bus that the wedding party is taking back to downtown Kingsville.&nbsp;There is also a cab company in town, Kingsville's Patterson Taxi&nbsp; 519-733-2355

Talbot Trail Inn and Suites

Take&nbsp;Hwy&nbsp;#3&nbsp;to&nbsp;Division&nbsp;Rd.&nbsp;Turn&nbsp;right&nbsp;on&nbsp;to&nbsp;Division&nbsp;Rd&nbsp;and&nbsp;stay&nbsp;on&nbsp;it&nbsp;almost&nbsp;until&nbsp;it's&nbsp;end.&nbsp;Turn&nbsp;right&nbsp;at&nbsp;Herrington&nbsp;St&nbsp;(you'll&nbsp;see&nbsp;the&nbsp;park.&nbsp;Turn&nbsp;before&nbsp;the&nbsp;park&nbsp;starts)&nbsp;and&nbsp;left&nbsp;on&nbsp;Queen&nbsp;St.&nbsp;You&nbsp;will&nbsp;see&nbsp;the&nbsp;parking&nbsp;lot&nbsp;on&nbsp;the&nbsp;left.

Adams Golden Acres Motel

These rooms are fully booked for the night of the wedding. The only option is to check back for cancellations, sorry!This&nbsp;hotel&nbsp;does&nbsp;not&nbsp;do&nbsp;"room&nbsp;blocks"&nbsp;but&nbsp;said&nbsp;to&nbsp;still&nbsp;mention&nbsp;that&nbsp;you&nbsp;are&nbsp;booking&nbsp;it&nbsp;for&nbsp;Amy&nbsp;and&nbsp;Ryan's&nbsp;wedding!

The Grove Hotel

There are a few in the area. Just do a google search.

Bed and Breakfasts in Kingsville

There are a few in the area including some cottages on the lake. If you are coming from out of town and know some others that are as well you can all stay in one place and&nbsp;split the cost. If it shows that the place is unavailable for our dates you can still message the owner to see if they will open for that weekend.
