Complimentary shuttle service will be provided for transportation to and from each event. Scheduled shuttle times and meeting locations are listed below. Shuttles for transportation around Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa are available 24/7 and can be requested at any time by calling 706-379-9900.

Welcome Dinner – Tack Room

Shuttle vans to the Tack Room will depart outside of the main entrance at the Lodge, beginning at 5:45 PM and running approximately every 5 minutes.

Scheduled return shuttles will begin at 9:00 PM.

The Tack Room is a bit of a trek from the main Lodge and cabins, so we highly suggest you either take the shuttle or drive over.

Wedding Ceremony & Reception – Sunset Terrace and Sunset Pavilion

The Sunset Terrace and Sunset Pavilion are located about 200 yards from the Lodge.

Golf cart shuttles to the wedding ceremony and reception venues (Sunset Terrace & Sunset Pavilion) will depart from outside the ProShop/Country Store located on the Lower Club Level of the main Lodge.

Directions to Shuttle Pick-Up Area from the Lodge Main Lobby: Walk down the stairs in the main lobby. ProShop/Country Store will be on your right. walk straight through toward the doors located on the opposite side of the ProShop/Country Store. Shuttle Pick-up area is located right outside the doors closest to the ProShop.

Shuttles will begin at 3:45 PM, running approximately every 3 minutes.

Scheduled return shuttles will begin at 10:00 PM.
