Semi-formal/Cocktail. The venue is a summer camp, so there are outdoor aspects of the wedding, weather permitting. Ladies - if you want to wear heels, we highly recommend block heels for the most comfort outdoors! No jeans at the wedding please, but feel free to change into comfy clothes/shoes for the bonfire.

Make it a date night! While we love your kids, we can only accommodate children of close family who are named on the invitation. Thanks for your understanding!

There is ample parking onsite and overnight parking is allowed.

Weather permitted, the ceremony will be held outdoors, as well as any yard games and bonfires. We will eat & dance indoors.

The Community and Dining Center has wheelchair accessible bathrooms and an elevator.

Yes! There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout the cocktail hour and reception. Please plan a safe ride home, shuttle to the hotel, or camp onsite!

Yes! The shuttle runs multiple trips and will bring you from the hotel to the venue from 2:45-3:45pm in 15 minute intervals. After dinner, the shuttle service will bring you from the venue back to the hotel between 9:30pm-12:15am.
