To ensure a smooth and speedy check-in process, please download the World of Hyatt app. Here you can virtually “check-in” early and receive updates about the status of your room and bill. This will cut down the inevitable line for check-in on the 16th. Thank you! 


TRAVEL NOTICE!

A coach bus will be in place to bring guests from the Hyatt Regency hotel to cocktail hour. The bus will be in place by roughly 5:15PM for departure to Larkfield, arriving for the 6:00PM cocktail hour. The bus will return to the hotel for any late guests and provide transportation to Larkfield for a second round, though it should be noted the second round will likely arrive to Larkfield at roughly 7:00PM, in time for the reception. 


Transportation back to the hotel will also be provided. The 1st round will depart upon the end of the reception, at 11:00PM. The 2nd round will depart at the conclusion of the after party, at 12:00AM
