Randomly enough, Sean and I met through Facebook! There was a local social facebook group which we were both members of even though I was 2.5-hours-away-local. I was living in Connecticut while he was living in Johnstown, NY--a transplant from Little Rock, Arkansas! I am a transplant myself, coming from Warren, Ohio.


Well, Sean was hysterially active in this group which caught my attention enough to send him a friend request--he seemed funny and I wanted to know more!


Well, wouldn't you know it, he didn't accept my request! Instead, he messaged me and we proceeded to learn more about each other for a couple of weeks until I finally accepted plans to see him. A plan was set, and then a new one was made when we really couldn't wait another day to meet each other--He drove out to Connecticut to meet me the day before we planned! He wasted no time snatching me up as his girlfriend and I immediately accepted--they say when you know, you know and after that whole first weekend we spent together, I definitely knew!!!


Safe to say, that friend request was finally accepted!
