So we are the couple that everybody laughs at when we tell them we met online, well it's true. We met on match.com back in December 2014, went on a few dates and Amy asked me to celebrate New Years with her. From there the rest is history. It has been a bunch of amazing dinners, vacations, grueling 5ks, Santa Cons, kickball championships, yelling at the Steelers, brunches, long walks with our Sammi, beach days, moving into together, the list could go on and on, we just knew we found the person we wanted to spend the rest of our life with. So when people ask y'all about online dating y'all can tell them now you do know a success story.

We had a trip planned to NYC after New Years and since Amy was never there before, I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to ask the love of my life to marry me. I wanted this to be a memorable event for the both of us because I knew it was going to happen so fast. So I hired a photographer to catch this moment and surprise Amy. After taking some pictures of the Plaza Hotel she turned around and I was on my knee. She thought I was joking or fell because I did this in the past. Amy was completely surprised and had absolutely no idea. After I put the ring on her finger, our photographer came up and did an amazing photo shoot with us throughout central park. An amazing experience we will have with us the rest of our lives.
