Amy had just moved to Orlando. She was shopping, her car safely parked outside. Suddenly, another motorist lost control and crashed into her car (thankfully, no one was hurt). With her car in the shop, Amy needed a rental. Fate led her to Hertz Rental Cars, where Camilo happened to be working that day.

What should have been a simple 15-minute transaction turned into a 45-minute encounter due to a "computer malfunction." Camilo insists the computer genuinely crashed, but Amy remains skeptical.
