Where will the Ceremony be held?

The Ceremony will be held on the Beach directly in front of Tim McLoone’s Supper Club (1200 Ocean Avenue). There will be chairs & blankets for all guests!

Where will the cocktail hour & Reception be located?

The Cocktail hour will be held on the wrap around deck attached to Tim McLoone’s Supper club! Drink & eat while enjoying the views of the ocean.

Where do I park for the Ceremony/Reception?

There is free street parking & spots located in front of the venue! Guests are also permitted to park on the side streets around the venue. If you prefer parking in a lot guests can park at Asbury Ocean Club Parking Garage (1101 Ocean Ave Asbury Park, NJ, 07712).

Will the reception be indoor or outdoor?

The Reception will be indoors, but guests can step out to enjoy the ocean breeze on the wrap around deck!

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Beach Wedding Attire! This includes sundresses/maxi dresses for women and linen suits/ button up shirts for men!

Can I bring a plus one?

Unfortunately, we have limited space in the venue so we simply cannot afford for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Plus ones are therefore by invitation only and we ask other guests to please not bring a plus one. Thank you so much for understanding!

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Whilst we love little ones, we kindly request a child-free wedding! Thank you in advance for understanding!

What type of food/drinks will be served at the wedding?

There will be Passed and preset champagne, open bar, Grazing Table, Passed Hors D’Oeuvres, and Cocktail Style Stations serving food all throughout the night! PLEASE NOTE: There will be food available all night long! After cocktail hour, the cocktail style stations will remain stocked/open until one hour before the wedding ends. We will be having a “Buffet” style wedding and invite guests to grab a plate to eat whenever they are hungry. The buffet will also be available until 9:30pm.

Will there be an open bar?

Hell yeah!

What time should guests arrive for the Ceremony?

We ask that guests arrive 30-40 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. The ceremony will start at 5pm.

Are photos allowed during the ceremony?

Yes! Guests are permitted to snap a few shots of the ceremony! We ask that guests take a few photos and then put phones away to enjoy the Ceremony :)

Will there be transportation to and from the hotel?

No… thankfully the hotel is 900 feet away from the venue so there is no need for transportation :) We ask that guests walk to/from one of the three hotels located within walking distance of the venue.
