Our story began at Mercyhurst University when we crossed paths in the most casual places—the Laker thanks to a mutual friend. After sitting together for what felt like hours, Fabrice offered to walk Ana home. What started as a small, thoughtful gesture quickly turned into something much more.

From that moment on, we spent more time together, and our connection grew deeper with every night walk and long conversation. Our first dates were simple yet meaningful—just the two of us, walking under the stars, talking about everything and nothing at all. We shared our dreams, our hopes, and our fears, and in those moments, we knew we had found something special.

After graduating, we knew we were about to face the challenge of being apart as we began the next chapters of our lives. But nothing could have prepared us for what came next—the pandemic. Despite the distance and uncertainty, we found ways to stay connected. We had late-night calls, virtual dates, and endless texts, all of which kept our love strong and our connection deep.

When the borders finally reopened, we made a promise to each other: to never spend that much time apart again. After countless trips to visit each other, in December of 2022, we made the decision to settle in Canada, starting a new chapter and building our life together.

The last 8 years have brought us here—through every challenge, every laugh, every tear, and every shared dream. We can’t wait to celebrate this next chapter with all of you!
