The last day to pay in full or modify your reservation is April 16, 2026. After this date, reservations will still be available; however, both room availability and rates will be subject to daily availability.

DRESS CODE


Women are respectfully requested to wear bright, solid-colored attire suitable for a beach setting. Kindly avoid white clothing and garments featuring large floral prints.

DO I HAVE TO BOOK WITH JUST BOOK IT TRAVEL?

Yes — all wedding guests are asked to book their stay through Just Book It Travel.

This ensures you’re included on the guest list and gives you access to group rates, flexible payments, and dedicated support, while the team also coordinates the room block, transportation, and event details.




ARE KIDS INVITED?

Although we absolutely love your little ones, please note that Atelier Playa Mujeres is an adults-only resort — guests must be 18 years or older.

Come ready to relax, celebrate, and enjoy an unforgettable time together!




WHAT ARE THE SUGGESTED TRAVEL DATES?

The wedding will take place on September 12, 2026 — but why not make it a vacation?

We recommend staying September 10–14, 2026 so you’ll have plenty of time to enjoy the resort, celebrate with us, and truly relax. Of course, you’re welcome to extend your stay for as long as you’d like! Our special group rates are available for up to 7 nights (subject to availability), with a 3-night minimum stay required.




CAN I BRING ADDITIONAL GUESTS?

You’re welcome to travel with a companion; however, please note that all wedding events are by invitation only. We truly wish to share these special moments with our closest loved ones.


If you’re not yet sure who your travel companion will be, we recommend booking as a single traveler. You’ll be able to add your companion up to one month prior to travel. Once we have the name and date of birth of your travel companion, the double-occupancy nightly rate discount will be applied accordingly.




WHAT IF I’M UNSURE OF MY EXACT TRAVEL DATES?

Book now and finalize later!

Changes are penalty-free until April 16, 2026.

If in doubt, reserve a longer stay—you can reduce nights later (subject to availability).




WHEN ARE PAYMENTS DUE?

• $50 per guest deposit confirms your RSVP and reserves a discounted room within our room block.

• Optional monthly payments (not auto-drafted)

• Final balance is due by April 16, 2026

• All payments are non-refundable after April 16th unless travel protection was purchased.




CAN I PURCHASE TRAVEL PROTECTION?

Absolutely—and it’s highly recommended!

Protect your investment from the unexpected.

You can purchase at the time of booking or within 10 days. Travel protection insurance can also be purchased independently of Just Book It Travel.




WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

• Before April 16, 2026: Only $50 per guest is non-refundable.

• After April 16, 2026 : All payments are non-refundable and refunds must be requested through your travel insurance provider.




WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT?

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM.

If you arrive early, feel free to enjoy the pool, beach, and restaurants while your room is prepared.

Pro tip: Pack swimwear in your carry-on!


Check-out: 11:00 AM.

HOW CAN I SCHEDULE MY GROUND TRANSPORTATION FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE RESORT?

It’s easy! The JBIT team will contact you 90 days before the wedding with the best options for the entire group. Stay tuned!




DO I NEED A PASSPORT?

Yes! All guests need a valid passport to travel to Mexico.

Double-check that it’s valid for the full duration of your stay.

If you don’t have one yet, apply early! Expedited processing can take up to 12 weeks.




WHAT SHOULD I PACK OR PREP FOR?

We’ve created a Pre-Travel Checklist to make things easy—especially if it’s been a while since your last international trip.

Confirmed guests will receive a complete Travel Guide 7–10 days before departure.
