Welcome Party Dress Code: Cocktail Dress/Sundress/Button-Up Attire; Wedding Day: Formal Attire (no tuxedos necessary); Beach Day: Bathing Suits/Whatever you are comfortable in!

The Jacksonville Airport is approximately 40 minutes from the wedding venue.

The Welcome Party on Friday is a 5-minute drive from the wedding venue (Omni Amelia Island Resort). The ceremony and reception are a short shuttle ride away from the hotel. Shuttle service will be provided from the hotel to the ceremony/reception location on the day of the wedding. The Beach Day on Sunday will be at the resort (no transportation is needed).

Yes! We have reserved room blocks at the Omni. They may fill up. We have added additional room blocks at The Sandcastle Villas, which are approximately 3 minutes from the main part of the hotel. There are amazing Air BnB options in Amelia Island. The bride and groom have stayed in Air BnBs there multiple times. Some of them are right on the beach! There are additional hotel options as well.

Due to space restrictions, we are unable to accommodate additional guests on our wedding day. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you are worried about not knowing anyone, we can promise that all of our friends and family are very fun, amazing people!!

Our guests likely know that the bride and groom LOVE children. Unfortunately, due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate these additional guests on our wedding day. We also want all of our guests to be able to completely relax and enjoy our wedding day! Thank you for understanding.
