If you are able to RSVP when you receive your invitation, that is greatly appreciated. If you need some time the last day to RSVP will be Feb 25th, 2025. If we do not receive an RSVP from you by then, it will be marked "No". We will miss celebrating with you, however, we have to provide total guest counts to all our vendors in a timely manner. Due to this we cannot take any late RSVPs

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one their name will be listed as a guest as well to RSVP

We recommend that you arrive at least 20-30 minutes before our start time. This gives you enough time to indulge in our refreshments and sign our guest book. It also helps us keep on time. If you are late and the ceremony has started we ask you to stand in the back until it is finished and join us in the reception.

We do not have a room block as the wedding is outside the main city. Please see the Accommodations tab to explore some ideas and suggestions of where you can stay in Gruene or in San Antonio.

If you have any dietary restrictions, please include this information in your RSVP, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of all children who are invited. Due to space, we are only able to accommodate some children. Please understand that due to limited seating availability, all kids under the age of 5 will not be able to get their own seat. Please feel free to bring any stroller or table seat as needed. We would love to see our guests dress up with us! We are requesting you wear Semi-formal/Cocktail attire. Just like our relationship is a merge of different cultures we want to incorporate that into our wedding so we encourage both Indian and American formal wear. Women are welcome to wear any semi-formal dress. men can wear a button up, dress pants, and suit jacket (if they so desire). See the below for some inspiration. Feel free to reach out with any questions

We would prefer you avoid greens or whites as the bridal party will mainly wear those colors. Feel free to wear your best formal wear in any other colors.

We would like to know if you think it is feasible for you to make it to our wedding in the next year. This is especially important to know for our international guests or those traveling so we can appropriately account for their accommodation and travel. We understand that it is almost a year away and you may be unsure. Feel free to let us know if your answer is maybe. This will just give us a better idea of who we can expect.

Indian wear is encouraged but feel free to wear whatever makes you comfortable. Explore bright colors for this one!!
