For the reception, evening/cocktail attire in darker colors is appropriate. For women, this includes half saris, anarkalis, saris, lehengas, dresses, or other evening wear. For men, this includes sports coats / business casual, suits / vests (bow ties optional), kurtas, jodhpuris, and sherwanis.

Your presence is more than enough! Since we are both traveling to the event, it will be difficult for us to bring back any physical gifts.
