As most know, we met at work. How typical right? But our story is not that typical. We didn’t start with a good feet, we were so different that didn’t even looked at each other, until we looked. And a little flirt started, one day Pedro threw a rose on me and i thought it’s funny, let me check this guy a bit better. One day I texted him lying that I have a food exam and if he wanted to help me, so we set a date, we supposed to go eat and drink something, but instead we went walking around Westminster Bridge, we sat in a bench looking at London Eye, we found so many things to talk about and definitely were interested in each other then. After that day we start dating, but secretly because of our positions at work. After some time of course people started to realise something is going on, we couldn’t keep our secret much longer. Day by day, month by month, year by year we were together going through ups and downs in our relationship , lots of travel, great moments and memories. After 5 years together Pedro finally decided to propose me in 2019 in front of Golden Gate Bridge , I was more excited than ever! Wedding planning started, everything in place and then BOOM dear COVID comes in! Destroyed all our wedding plans, we were devastated and super sad. But even that situation didn’t break us apart, we kept doing our life, until Pedro got a job offer in California, of course excited to live in the sunny state we moved without hesitation. Another 6 years of our life passed, and after such a long break we decided to get married again, this time stronger than ever, our love becomes more powerful day by day, and now we can certainly say we are ready to spend the rest of our lives together!

Como muchos saben, nos conocimos en el trabajo. ¡Qué típico, no? Pero nuestra historia no lo es tanto. No empezamos con el buen pie, éramos tan diferentes que ni siquiera nos fijábamos el uno en el otro, hasta que nos fijamos. Y empezó un pequeño coqueteo. Un día, Pedro me tiro una rosa y pensé que era gracioso, déjame investigarlo un poco mejor. Un día le escribí, mintiéndole que tenía un examen de comida y que si quería ayudarme y arreglamos una cita. Se suponía que íbamos a ir a comer y beber algo, pero en lugar de eso, dimos un paseo por el Puente de Westminster, nos sentamos en un banco mirando el London Eye, encontramos un montón de temas qué hablar y, sin duda, nos interesamos el uno por el otro. Después de ese día empezamos a salir, pero en secreto por nuestras posiciones en el trabajo. Después de un tiempo, claro, la gente empezó a darse cuenta de que algo pasaba; no podíamos guardar el secreto por mucho más tiempo. Día a día, mes a mes, año a año, estuvimos juntos, pasando por altibajos en nuestra relación, muchos viajes, grandes momentos y recuerdos. Después de 5 años juntos, Pedro finalmente decidió proponerme matrimonio en 2019 frente al puente Golden Gate, ¡Estaba más emocionada que nunca! Empezamos a planear la boda, todo estaba listo y ¡zas!, ¡llegó el COVID! Destruyó todos nuestros planes de boda; estábamos devastados y muy tristes. Pero ni siquiera esa situación nos separó; seguimos con nuestra vida, hasta que Pedro recibió una oferta de trabajo en California. Emocionados por vivir en ese estado soleado, nos mudamos sin dudarlo. Pasaron otros 6 años, y después de una pausa tan larga, decidimos casarnos de nuevo, esta vez más fuertes que nunca. Nuestro amor se fortalece cada día, ¡y ahora podemos decir con certeza que estamos listos para pasar el resto de nuestras vidas juntos!
