We ask that all of our guests stick to a cocktail/ formal dress code. This would include tea or floor length dresses or pantsuits for women, with men wearing either full suits or tuxes. If you need any assistance in deciding if something is appropriate to wear, please contact someone in the bridal party or the couple directly.

Please book accommodations as soon as possible! Since the Wilmington Iron Man is being held the same weekend, hotels and rentals have already begun to book out.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm. Because of guest book signing, getting a drink, and seeing other family members we recommend everyone arrives 30-45min early. Please be aware that the reception space will not be open for guests until after the ceremony. *** Please be aware that the Wilmington Iron Man will be run on the same day as the wedding. This will cause, in some cases, severe traffic congestion. Guests should continuously check google maps, waze, or local news (WECT, WWAY) for any road closures or traffic information for the triathlon.

With the location of the venue, it may be a longer wait for an Uber or Lift to make it out there for pickups, but they will still be able to get you at the end of the night. The couple has also arranged a black car service to be on standby for guests at the end of the night. Two 7 passenger SUV’s will be available to shuttle guests from the venue to their destinations in town once they are ready to leave. The couple does recommend for guests to find groups of other guests who are all going to the same location as it will cut down on wait times for others. You are more than welcome to drive your own vehicle to the venue or carpool, and will be able to leave your vehicle overnight. Vehicles must be picked up before 10am the next day or will be towed! When arriving to the venue, parking will be a bit father away from the location of ceremony and reception, so the venue offers golf cart valet for all guests. Please listen to the valet when arriving to the venue and they will handle everything for you!

The ceremony will be held under a large pavilion outside, with cocktail hour also being held outside. The reception will be fully inside.
