We have blocked/reserved rooms at the Best Western Premier Denham Inn & Suites in Leduc for your stay. We kindly ask that rooms are reserved no later than June 1st 2024. Take a look at the Hotel page for the booking link and information!

There is free overnight parking available at the venue. All vehicles must be removed from the property by 10:00am the next day (September 7th). Shuttle service will be provided at no cost. The shuttle will pick up guests from the Best Western Denham Inn & Suites prior to the ceremony at 1:00pm. Please feel free to hop on the shuttle even if you haven't booked a room. We encourage prior transportation planning, designated drivers or the use of the shuttle. Ubers and cabs will not be available for pick up at this location. The shuttle will have 2 departing times from the Black Barn. First departure is at 11:00pm and the final departure is at 1:15am and will return guests to the Best Western Denham Inn & Suites.

Toonie Bar! Drink service will begin at cocktail hour, no hard liquor will be available at this time. Drink tickets will be available for purchase. There is no ATM at the venue so we kindly ask that you come prepared, debit/credit will be available. Dinner will be buffet-style. More details will be provided closer to the wedding date. This event will be an adults only event. We kindly ask that kiddos are left at home with childcare. Please read the invitations thoroughly as plus one guests are limited at this time. Once the bride and groom have gone over final numbers, we may reach out to you to add your plus one!

Your presence at our wedding is enough of a gift, but should you wish to buy us something, the gift registry will be updated closer to the wedding date. We would greatly appreciate a contribution towards our dream honeymoon. Please do not feel obligated to gift us, all that we are expecting is you!
