We know many of our guests are traveling from out of town. We’ve reserved a block of rooms at The Hotel Bentley, call them directly at 318-442-2226. We do not recommend booking through a third party or 1-800 number. There’s also The Holiday Inn Downtown Alexandria. Please be aware that apps such as Uber and Lyft do not have drivers in Alexandria and plan your stay accordingly. If you’re traveling into town on Friday, please join us for cocktails after the rehearsal dinner.

Our ceremony is going to be held in the lobby of The Hotel Bentley. The reception will be in the Grand Ballroom following cocktail hour.

The ceremony will begin at 4:30. We ask that everyone arrive 15 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow ample parking time and for everyone to find their seats. The doors will be closed and late entry will not be permitted.

Street parking is available on Third Street. A public parking lot is located across from the Alexandria Museum of Art. There’s also a parking lot as well as a parking garage at the Holiday Inn.

We’d love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. We ask that guests follow a black tie optional dress code. Bring your dancing shoes and no jeans, please!

Our wedding colors are shades of green and dusty pink. We ask that our guests avoid wearing eucalyptus, white, off white, champagne, and ivory so Andi and her favorite ladies stand out.

We’re unable to accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we ask that only those named on the invitations attend. If we’ve allocated a plus one for you, your RSVP card will indicate that.

We love your littles, but due to limited capacity ask that only the children named on invitations attend. If your children are included, your invitation will be made out to The {Your Last Name} Family. Otherwise the invitation will read Mr. and Mrs. {Your Last Name}. Drop those babies off and enjoy the party! If your children are invited, we ask that they leave at 9pm or before so the adults can celebrate irresponsibly.

Yes! Please bring cash to tip your bartenders. We all know how hard they’ll be working.
