Pyrford is a small village in North West Surrey, not far from the towns of Woking and Guildford on the outskirts of London.

Car

It lies just off the A3, near the Wisley Interchange, and is about a 15 minute drive from Junction 10 of the M25.

Car pooling will be arranged between St. Nicholas' Church and Pyrford Lakes for guests who aren't driving.

Alternatively (weather permitting), guests can also walk the 1 mile walk between the venues through the fields surrounding Pyrford. This route will be signposted for guests.

Train from Central London

The nearest two stations to Pyrford are West Byfleet and Woking. Both stattions are on the main line between London Waterloo and Portsmouth, with trains to Woking leaving from London every 30 mins and to West Byfleet every 55 mins. West Byfleet is closest to the venues, but Woking has far better service. There are taxis avaliable at both stations, but sporadic Uber, especially around West Byfleet.

Air

London Heathrow (12 miles/20-25 min drive) - British Airways and Tarom- closest airport to Pyrford. There is a good tube line to Central London. There is also a shuttle bus (The Heathrow Express) that goes directly to Woking Train Station from the Airport.

London Gatwick (17.5 miles/30 min drive) -British Airways and Wizz Air- also quite close to Pyrford. There are regular trains to Woking/West Byfleet but you have to change in Guildford or Clapham Junction.

London Luton (40 miles/1 hr)- Wizz Air- has several flights a day from/to Bucharest to choose from. If travelling via Luton, we recommend taking the ThamesLink to London or the Bus to Heathrow and travelling on from there.

London Stansted (51 miles/1:45-2h) -Ryan Air- furthest from Pyrford, but Ryan Air has several flights a day from/to Bucharest to choose from. If travelling via Stansted, we recommend taking the Stansted Express to Central London and travelling on from there.
