For our guests convenience, we have provided free shuttle service to and from Gather Greene and Hudson, NY for all scheduled events. Please see below for pickup locations and timeline. All guests are strongly encouraged to use this shuttle service as parking at Gather Greene can be limited and roads can be dark and windy.

Pickup Locations:

Gather Greene, Holiday Inn Express & Suites (West Coxsackie), The Wick Hotel (Hudson) and Holy Trinity/St. Mary's

Shuttle Schedule (Saturday, June 24th):

11:00am - Shuttle departs Gather Greene for all cabin guests and groomsmen; drop of at church

11:15am - Shuttle picks up guests staying at Holiday Inn Express and drops off at church

11:30am - Shuttles drop guests off at the church; Bridal party shuttle departs Gather Greene

3:45pm - Shuttle picks up wedding party only at The Wick Hotel and brings them to Gather Greene

4:30pm - Two (2) shuttles depart The Wick Hotel for wedding guests and brings them to Gather Greene (there are no other scheduled departures from Hudson to Gather Greene for wedding guests!)

9:00, 10:00, 11:00pm and 12:00am - Shuttles depart from Gather Greene to hotels
