Please feel free to book a room at Courtyard by Marriott at UTC. Rates are reserved for wedding guests if you let them know when you make the reservation.

Cocktail attire is suggested. Short dresses are appropriate. Suit jackets and ties are not required. Wear whatever makes you comfortable, we are just happy to have you here to celebrate! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be hosted outdoors. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be in grass so ladies think about that when choosing shoes! Florida in November can typically range from the low 60s to the high 70s. Fingers crossed for a cool and comfortable evening!

We will have hotels blocked for our out of town guests or anyone who wants to stay the night nearby. There is ample parking at the venue for guests who want to drive. There will also be a shuttle available for guests staying at the Courtyard Sarasota at University Town Center

The ceremony is expected to start at 4:30 on November 15, 2025. We recommend arriving 30 minutes early to secure a good seat!

Although we love your kids due to the capacity of the venue we are having an adult-only event.
