On the surface, our story starts out like that of many young couples living in a new city... “we met online.” However, a few details make our story uniquely special.

Facebook Dating has to be the least likely dating app to find forever love. Most people don’t know it exists. Curiosity definitely led us to each other. Andrea, fresh out of a relationship, was trying to keep a low profile on the dating scene. Nick was trying his luck on a new app.

After matching and mutually feeling like this match was too good to be true, it was clear we had found something special. After texting and talking for weeks, our first date was scheduled to be a Giants game. Call it nerves or maybe even anxious curiosity, but Nick decided to come to Menlo Park for an impromptu wine date days before the Giants game. Sparks flew, wine flowed, and we kept the restaurant open long past closing.

Since that night, we’ve been inseparable. We’ve traveled the world, laughed at all our terrible jokes, and challenged each other every day.

It’s been clear early on that we found each other’s forever person. We are excited to choose each other every single day, and we are happy to share it with our friends and family!
