Short answer, no! There will be transportation to the villa and back to the airports, but want to be clear that transportation is only taken care of for the three airports given above. Any airport selected outside of that, you will need to pay for your transportation. To ease the logistics of transportation, please send us your flight information once you purchase your flight!

Tuesday- Fly in, get settled, welcome party at Sunrise Villa! Plan to be there around 6:15pm Wednesday- Day is yours, recommend excursions on this day. Thursday- Day is yours, Wedding is 5pm, recommend you get to Flor de Cabrera Villa Beach at 4:30 (Felicita, wedding planner will guide you where to be) Friday- For all of us to enjoy our last full day! (recommend excursions on this day as well) Saturday- Fly out :)

All Villas will have: Ironing Board, Blow Dryer, Shampoo / Conditioner, Steamer, Villa staff will be able to assist with most requests // Suggest to bring cash for any transportation NOT part of the airport travel. (excursions, beaches nearby not part of villas, etc) // Able to bring 3 alcohol bottles in your checked bag if you have any personal favorites you want to have on deck! // UV index is 11, the highest one, please please please make sure you have sunscreen and apply!

Refer to the passport book for the colors, but tropical colors and comfortable and more on the formal side for a beach wedding!

Bridesmaid and Groomsmen colors are coral and sky blue, feel free to have them mixed in your outfits but just not your outfits only color!

There will be a beach bonfire welcome party on Tuesday, but no theme requirement! Dress for beach and comfortability :)

Excursions! They are subject to availability: Please check the Things To Do tab, that has all the information needed. It's been strongly recommended to book before you come down. Wednesday and Friday are recommended excursion days as they are open for whatever you would like to do for your day!

Expect about $1800/room for the entire week. This will include your room, breakfast, lunch and dinner from a private chef, drinks for the week, access to entire villa which includes pools and the beach. Once we have all the RSVP's we'll let you know next steps for booking your stay shortly after July 15th :)

It's best to book early. Since the bride and groom need to know who is attending in order to plan seating and meals, we recommend you get your flights soon as you get the invitation, but at the minimum, book at least 6 months ahead so they can plan their wedding accordingly.

The bride and groom understand not everyone will be able to make the trip. Just be sure to let them know as soon as you can.

Although we absolutely love your kids, this is an adults only week! Consider this a parents well deserved mini vacation :)

Payment can be sent right to us as we have secured private villas for our stay through a personal contract. The $1800 can be split between first half by September 15th, and second half by January 31st (or all by September 15th).
