Marseille airport (MRS) is a one hour drive from the venue. Nice (NCE) is 2.5 hours. Those traveling internationally will probably want to transit in Paris (CDG). Alternatively, Avignon TGV station is 45 minutes away and can be reached by high-speed rail from Paris (Gare de Lyon) in about 3 hours.

The main dinner will be on Aug 12th, and a brunch on the 13th. Dan and Andrea are staying in the villa for the entire week (until Friday the 15th), but we expect most people will want to go see other parts of France or Europe after the event.

Parking at the event venue is limited, so we will help arrange hotel transport. However, you may want a rental car for exploring the region. Both Marseille airport and Avignon TGV station have international rental car companies.
