For this type of affair, women can wear a summer sundress, summer mini dress, or jumper/romper accented with whatever dress shoes you feel comfortable in. Men should choose dress pants or khakis, paired with a collared shirt. Can be dress shorts or khaki shorts as well. They also have the option of styling their look with a tie or sports jacket.
