The ceremony will begin at 4 :00 PM, please arrive at least 30 minutes prior so you can park, use the bathroom and find your seats.

The ceremony will be outside (if weathers permitting) on the right side of the building, once you've arrived an usher or groomsman will escort you to seating.

The reception will be inside the Whispering Pines main building. The bar for Cocktail Hour will also be in the main building; However, there will also be an outside patio where you can enjoy your drinks that can be found by exiting the door closest to where the sweetheart table will be located.

YES! Once you've arrived you will notice right away the huge parking lot in the front of the building, parking is also free. If you need assistance finding a spot, carrying anything or help getting to the venue's entrance there will be ushers and groomsman to assist you.

If your guest's name is on the back of your invites, then yes! Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family.

Yes, jeans are permitted but please no rips, tears or holes as we would like to take as many pictures with our guests as possible.
