We recommend that you arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

The dress code is cocktail attire/formal. Dress to impress.

We will be having both the ceremony and the reception at Tuscan Rose Ranch, which will be held outside.

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

The venue provides free parking and it is an easy walk to the ceremony and reception.

While we love your little ones, our wedding is only allowing children from the bridal party and will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #PintosFinalHickey so we can keep track of all of your pictures!

Both the ceremony & reception will be held outdoors. There is grass in the reception area and loose gravel around the venue so plan shoes accordingly. Lastly, we will be renting a few heaters depending on the weather.

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for, however, if you would like to honor our love with a monetary gift, all contributions will go towards the purchase of our future home. A wedding card box will be at our reception.
