Short answer: Yes! Your kids are welcome to join for the ceremony and cocktail/game hour (please RSVP so that we have enough chairs!). As our reception room has limitations for the seated dinner/speeches, we will host a smaller 'Kids Party' on site in a different room. Kids will be cared for by a hired agency (Birdie Break) with thorough background checks and vetted child care providers. To help offset this service fee, we are asking families to pay $50/child for the evening. Payment can be made by e-transfer to happilyeverskafter@gmail.com. After dinner and speeches end, kids are invited to rip up the dance floor. OR, let them snooze/play and pick them up by 11:30pm. Your call! We want you to enjoy your evening however you choose. Infants/babies (under 1) are welcome to stay with their parents if that is more comfortable/required!

Our venue is downtown Canmore with a dedicated parking lot. Once this lot fills, street parking is available in the surrounding area. Our caterer will require some space for their trailer - please just don't block them out or in!

If weather permits, our ceremony will be outside on the lawn. If it's too smoky or pouring rain... then we'll be making some swift changes to have it inside. Our reception will be inside.

When you enter your full name to RSVP, your included guests will be listed. While we would love to give extended invites and plus-ones to everyone, we just don't have the capacity in our venue. If you are hoping to have someone join, let us know and we can always keep that on our radar as we finalize numbers.

We recommend arriving around 3:30pm to ensure you have parking and the seat of your choice.
