Our dress code is cocktail attire. We kindly ask guests to dress in semi-formal, polished outfits—think suits or dress shirts with slacks for men, and cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, or dressy separates for women.

Yes, all wedding events will take place at the The Ranch in St. Cloud

We recommend flying into Orlando International Airport (MCO), which is conveniently located just 25-minute from the hotel.

No Parking is free and Uber/Lyft accessible

You're welcome to stay wherever you'd like, but please note you'll be responsible for your transportation to and from the wedding. All events will be held at the Ranch for the convenience of out-of-town guests. Room blocks are set up at Hampton Inn and Home2 Suites 12 minutes from the venue.

Ride-shares and taxis are readily available, but renting a car may be more convenient. Especially if you are using this opportunity as a Disney vacation.

Ride share or renting a car would be the best way to get to the major attractions. St. Cloud is 45 minutes away from all the Disney attractions (depending on traffic). International Drive is 35 minutes away if looking for a night out on the town.

Ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside (weather permitting). Reception will be held indoors.

Mild and comfortable — highs in the 70s°F, lows in the 50s°F.

It will be open bar we just ask to please tip the bartender. They will also provide a QR code to tip them via card.

The earliest guests are able to arrive is 3:30pm. There will be staff showing everyone where to park and to show you where to ceremony is going to be held.
