Venue:
Ramsey Canyon is undeniably a magnificent place, treasured by over 100,000 visitors annually from all over the world who come to appreciate its breathtaking fauna, wildlife, and migratory birds. We welcome you and are excited to share this special place with you! It is crucial that all visitors refrain from causing harm to the property or wildlife. Anyone found in violation of this principle will be asked to leave the premises.
We are 100% outdoor venue. Please dress accordingly and check the Hereford, AZ weather forecast. Our property is not a good fit for high heels. If you are allergic to plants, bees, etc. plan accordingly.


Arrival & Departure Times:
Kindly plan to arrive no more than 30 to 45 minutes before the ceremony's planned start time. For registered overnight guests, check-in is between 3 pm and 5 pm on your arrival day, with check-out at 10 am on your departure day. All events will conclude by 10 pm, and we kindly request that guests who are not registered overnight depart no later than 10:30 pm. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.


Parking:
Please carpool and avoid bringing oversized large vehicles if possible. When using overflow street parking, ensure your vehicle faces uphill (on the right side of the road as you drive into the canyon) with the passenger side off the roadway pavement. Respect a 30-foot distance from any no parking posted signs and refrain from blocking driveways. DO NOT street park in the location with block walls on both sides of the road. During large events, a parking attendant will be present on the roadway, so kindly follow their instructions.
Note that street parking is at your own risk and not permitted for overnight stays. If you are a registered guest, please utilize our designated spots and avoid parking on the street. Your cooperation is appreciated.


Smoking & Vaping:
Except within the clearly designated smoking area equipped with a cigarette butt pole, Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited on our premises. Due to our location's heightened fire hazard risk, it is crucial to adhere to this policy. Guests found extinguishing or discarding cigarette butts on the grounds or anywhere other than cigarette butt poles will be asked to leave the premises without exception.
A $250 cleaning/restoration fee will be charged to your event host per room that has evidence of smoking inside.
Please, please, please Do Not Smoke Inside our Buildings nor bring cigarette butts inside to discard in trash cans!


Services Provided & Outside Vendors:
Our aim is to ensure a great experience for everyone attending events here! We do allow event hosts to DIY and hire outside vendors to contribute to various services during the event. If any issues arise, please don't hesitate to reach out to our staff during the event. However, it's important to note that we cannot guarantee nor control the quality of services from DIY or contracted through outside vendors. We appreciate your consideration of evaluating their services apart from ours especially when posting reviews online.
