Welcome to the wedding weekend!! Please visit the conference room located on the first floor of the hotel to help yourself to refreshments. Thank you for making the trip during this last minute change!

Please join us for a casual, come and go as you please event. There will be wine and beer as well as some heavy hors d'oeuvres Please keep in mind ubers / taxis are limited and that carpooling is suggested.

Vans will be departing from the Fairfield to the venue starting at 3 pm. Last van will depart at 330 for the 4 pm ceremony. Vans will be returning to the hotel at 730 pm for an early departure then final departures from 1030-11 There is plenty of room to park at the venue and cars can be left overnight if needed

Your bride and groom will be returning home on Saturday to continue the celebration. Please feel free to drop in as you please if you're passing through Charlotte !!
