If the weather permits, we will have the ceremony outdoors. The venue's backyard, where the ceremony will be held, has astro turf instead of plain grass so you will not need to worry about muddy surfaces. :) If the weather does not permit (i.e., cold and rainy), the ceremony will take place inside the venue in the ballroom area.

Yes. The cocktail hour and reception will take place indoors.

Formal attire

Yes! Transportation will be provided from the TownePlace Suites hotel to the venue. We will also have a shuttle that will take guests back to the TownPlace Suites hotel from the venue. We will have the shuttle departure times posted here by October 2023 so you can plan.

Yes, there is ample parking at the venue (~200 cars can fit). BUT, please please please if you can take the shuttle we would prefer that. The roads out to the venue are VERY scary and dark...multiple overhangs. We want all of our loved ones to make it there and back safely <3 There is a primary lot that is directly in front of the venue. About 75-100 cars can fit in this lot. If this lot fills up, there is a overflow lot located at the top of the driveway. If you are in the overflow lot, it will require ~3-4 minute walk through gravel and down the driveway of the venue. We have a number of spots reserved for those who are in need of accessible parking. Please call or text me to reserve one of these spots.
