The venue will start welcoming guests 30 minutes ahead of our ceremony time. We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue at least 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to walk to the ceremony space and find a seat.

Yes! We have a shuttle that will pick guests up from the hilton garden inn and from Brookmeadow after the reception is over. There will be two buses leaving for the ceremony at 3:45pm and 4:00pm. After the reception, there will be two buses leaving Brookmeadow at 9:45pm and 10:00pm.

Our wedding will be held at a country club so our dress code is country club chic! Formal attire is preferred.

Your invitation will indicate whether to include your plus one or children!

There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception, however, we do recommend bringing cash or a credit card along if you plan to attend the after-party, as drinks after the reception will not be covered.
