When is the deadline for the RSVP?

We kindly request RSVPs by May 20, 2026. This helps us finalize details with our vendors and ensure everything is perfectly prepared to celebrate with you. If we don’t receive a response by then, we’ll assume you’re unable to attend.

What is the dress code?

We invite our guests to dress in formal attire. Women are encouraged to wear floor-length dresses. Please refrain from wearing white or any shades of white. Men are encouraged to wear dress pants with a collared shirt and dress shoes; jackets and ties are welcome but not required.

Are kids invited?

We love your children and appreciate your understanding as we plan an intimate celebration. Because of limited space, we are only able to accommodate children who are specifically named on the invitation.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

We wish we could celebrate with everyone! Unfortunately, due to space constraints, we are only able to host those guests who are listed on the invitation. Don’t worry—we’ll have a carefully planned seating chart to ensure you have someone wonderful to sit with.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony begins promptly at 5:00 PM. Please plan to arrive 15–30 minutes early and allow time for parking, seating, and potential traffic delays, as there will be a World Cup match happening in Kansas City that day. An usher will be available to guide you to your seat before the ceremony begins. Guests arriving after the ceremony starts will need to wait until it concludes to join us.

Where should guests park?

Our venue has a private parking lot available for all guests. Parking will be easily accessible, so you can arrive and enjoy the celebration stress-free.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We kindly request that guests refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony. We will have a professional photographer and videographer capturing these special moments, and we would love for everyone to be fully present and enjoy an unplugged ceremony with us.

Will there be appetizers?

Passed appetizers will be provided during cocktail hour by catering staff and will include tomato and goat cheese bruschetta featuring goat cheese, tomato, fresh basil, olive oil, garlic, and crostini; turkey tortilla pinwheels made with herb cream cheese, turkey, provolone, and spinach; and fresh fruit skewers served with a honey-lime dipping sauce.

Will dinner be served?

Dinner will be provided during the reception and will feature a full-service buffet including chicken piccata in a white wine lemon caper cream sauce, garnished with fried capers and parsley; cheese tortellini tossed in a tomato cream sauce with basil chiffonade; Italian beef and pork meatballs served with marinara and finished with parsley; artichoke green beans with garlic and a seasoned breadcrumb topping; a fresh garden salad with a choice of dressings; and warm garlic breadsticks.

Will there be alcohol?

We’ll be offering an open bar with complimentary beer and wine for all of our guests to enjoy throughout the celebration, along with a variety of non-alcoholic beverage options. There will be an optional cash liquor bar for guests who want a cocktail made with liquor. Mixers include sodas, tonic, club soda, orange juice, grapefruit, pineapple, cranberry and standard garnishes (orange, lemon, lime, cherry).

Is there a gift registry?

We are thrilled to have you celebrate with us! In lieu of traditional gifts, we kindly ask that guests contribute to our honeymoon fund or our future together. Your gift will help us start this new chapter in a meaningful way.
