Blocked hotels will be The Fairfield Inn and Suits, and The Hampton Inn. You do not have to reserve at blocked hotels however the shuttle will be only be available at these locations listed on our website

Per each hotel it is not guaranteed that an early check in can be provided. Check in is typically at 3 PM but the last round of shuttles will be leaving at 2:30 PM. Some facilities may allow early check in so it is encouraged to try! If you are unable to check in early you are welcome to stay in the hotel lobby until shuttle is there to bring you to the venue and you can check in after the reception.

That’s perfectly ok! It’s just there for your safety. However, we highly recommend you using the shuttle system. If you don’t the venue is not far from the hotels. Just a couple miles up the road!

We are asking that this will only be an adult reception following the ceremony. Open bar will be provided at the time of cocktail hour only. Following cocktail hour a cash bar will be available. Non alcoholic drinks will also be available for purchase at the bar.

Cocktail dress wear. However, make sure to bring weather permitting clothes as the ceremony will be outside. There is also a fire pit that guests will be able to use during the reception.

Invites will specifically indicate weather plus ones can be accommodated or not. When RSVP’ing you will see who is listed under your name. If there is any confusion just reach out to us!
