Skånetrafiken is the company taking care of the local traveling in the south of Sweden. If you need to take the train or the bus anywhere you can search for travel options on the website and it is possible to get tickets via the app (Skånetrafiken) or pay by card (if traveling by bus).
To get from the airport in Copenhagen, you can easily take the direct train from Copenhagen Airport (Kastrup) to Helsingborg C and it will take you approx. 1 hour and 15 minutes.
