Attire: Gentlemen are to wear black tie/tuxedo or lounge suits with a tie. Those wearing black tie/tuxedo can also wear smoking jackets or cream dinner jackets. For ladies, evening dresses are required. For those in the uniformed services, the appropriate equivalent dress is welcomed but not required.
For those who are coming into London for the day and wishing to change for the evening, there is a Luggage Room at The Cavalry and Guards Club where you can leave a bag before the ceremony. Please feel free to utilise the facilities at The Club to change prior to the evening reception.
