*Please note that as part of our wedding package we require all guests to book through our group booking. We've chosen an all-inclusive Tulum getaway at Dreams Resorts &amp; Spa, so you can sit back, relax, enjoy drinks and get ready to celebrate our love! what is included?

If you haven't been to an "all-inclusive" resort before, it means your room, food, and beverages are all included in the daily room rate. We will be planning some additional group activities in the days around the wedding that guests can choose to sign up for (but absolutely no pressure to join!) There are also plenty of things to enjoy at the resort, including: - 9 Restaurants, 7 bars &amp; lounges- 2 pools including a heated relax pool and a heated activities pool plus a splash park for kids- Water park including 6 waterslides, 2 giant buckets and an outdoor wet play area&nbsp;- Kids Clubs- Fitness area &amp; classes- Spa by Pevonia **- Snorkelling, Catamarans &amp; Scuba Diving **&amp; more! TRANSPORTATION & FLIGHTS

FLIGHTSKindly note you will need to plan to fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN) OR TULUM the new airport. We opted not to pre-arrange flights through our group coordinator, so guests can use points and preferred airlines. Using "google travel/flights" is a great tool to check pricing across multiple flight carriers.&nbsp; Please contact our group planner if you need assistance. TRANSFERS/TAXI TO RESORTNote that you can secure either a shared or private transfer to take you to the resort, or else taxi or UBER upon arrival to the airport. PASSPORT REMINDER

Note for all CAD guests you will need a valid passport for your travels. Be sure to prepare for your trip and check when your passport needs to be renewed.

EXCURSIONS & TRAVEL GUIDE

There are many excursions just outside of the resort in Tulum and throughout PDC down to Cancun! Note that you will be able to book excursions when on site the resort. Everyone will be shared travel tips and a little guide closer to departure.

GROUP BOOKING & RATES

We’ve secured a limited number of rooms for our guests through the resort as part of our wedding group package. Guests who book through this package will receive our discounted group rate and will be automatically included on the guest list for all wedding events. We chose to go the route of a "room only" arranged booking system, so all guests are eligible for the discounted room rates, and can then book their preferred air carrier separately and use points if they wish. PAYMENTS

Deposit - November 1, 2025&nbsp;Non-refundable CAD deposit of&nbsp;$200 per adult, $100 per child (3-12 years of age). Final Payment - August 12, 2026Your final payment will be due summer of 2026. This will also be outlined on your invoice. So if you are room sharing, please fill out all of the details with those you are sharing a room with for inventory accuracy. ﻿Note: This is an encrypted form that only our agent will see for you to fill out your details to request your booking. Please allow 2 business days (Mon-Thurs) for an invoice to be sent - be sure to check your junk box so you do not miss an email! 2. You will receive a invoice for your review - you must follow the steps to approve the invoice in order for your spot to be confimed and deposit to be processed. 3. Once your invoice is approved, and your deposit is processed, your spot is officially confirmed and your RSVP is submitted! Yay! You will then not need to make any payments until the final payment date. 4. Closer to the final payment date you will receive reminders of your final payment being due. INSURANCE

Our group block does not come with the option to add in insurance and our group planner does not sell it but she recommends going with Manulife as your trip is a significant investment. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------

Dress Code: Beach Formal 🌴We can’t wait to celebrate with you in beautiful Tulum! Please join us in beach formal attire—light, breathable fabrics such as linen, cotton, and flowy dresses are perfect for the tropical setting. Think elegant resort wear, colorful prints, and comfortable yet elevated styles.As a gentle note, we kindly ask guests to avoid white, satin brown, tan/beige tones, and rose gold hues, as these are reserved for the wedding party.Most importantly, wear something you feel comfortable and confident in so you can relax, dance, and enjoy the celebration with us!
