Q + A

1 Corinthians 13:13

So now faith, hope, and love abide, these three; but the greatest of these is love.

Will dinner be served?

You betcha! Sonny's BBQ will be catered for dinner. We will celebrate our union through the breaking of bread at the reception. Bring an appetite!

Should we carpool? What is the parking like?

There is plenty of parking. The venue holds up to 90 people and we will not have that many attending. Feel free to carpool if you would like, but it is not necessary. Parking signs will be visible to separate guests from those in the wedding party.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Both will be held outdoors in a covered area. The sun will not be directly hitting you. We are hoping for a beautiful summer day that isn't too hot.

what time should i arrive?

Please arrive by 4:30 p.m. This will allow you time to park, get to the ceremony location, grab a seat and say hello to friends and family before we walk down the aisle and say I do! The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 p.m.

what is the dress code?

Formal, stuff you would wear to a wedding. I, (Andrew), will be wearing a Filipino Barong Tagalog. This is more casual than the usual wedding suit, feel free to Google it and see what it looks like (there are different colors but they are all similar in design). You do not need to dress like you are attending the Met Gala, but also please do not show up in jeans. Don't stress about what to wear, just wear something nice that you would wear to a wedding 😁 The color palette is tan/cream and sage green. You do NOT have to stick to this color palette and match. Feel free to ask me any questions!

can i bring a date?

I am only planning around those listed on your invitation, so not additional guests would be allowed unless you check with me first (Andrew). Thanks for understanding!

Will there be an open bar?

No, there will be no alcohol at the wedding.

What date should we RSVP by?

Please RSVP as soon as possible! As it gets closer to the wedding, and you have not responded yet, I will reach out one final time before considering you as "not attending."
