How do I RSVP and When are they due?

At the beginning of February 2025, the RSVP section of our site will open. Click on the RSVP tab at the top of the screen (or click the three bars at the top if viewing on a phone). You will be directed to enter your name. Your name will pull up RSVPs for your entire party. After answering the listed questions, click submit and make sure to check for a confirmation email/text message before closing out. All RSVPs should be returned by April 24th! This ensures that we are able to accurately accommodate our guests with dinner and drinks. If any problem with RSVPs arise please text Kaylee at 931.982.0586! All RSVPs should be submitted online to ensure none get lost in the mail. No paper RSVPs will be sent.

What's on the Menu?

If you are anything like Kaylee, you have to know what is on the menu before attending any function. We will be having baked spaghetti, chicken alfredo, garlic bread, and salads for dinner. Cake and mints will be served after the cake cutting.

Will parking be available?

Yes, parking will be available! Guests must park across the road from the venue. Signs will be up around the venue to show guests where to be seated! If a guest needs to be dropped off, please drive along the gravel road in front of the venue and follow the road to the exit, parking with the other guests. Please refrain from driving in the grass in front of the barn. We must take care of the venue we have selected for our big day!

Can We Bring A Date/Guest?

Your RSVP will have the number of seats available for your party. If this number does not include a plus one, please advise against it. We need to be courteous of our venue and those we bring in. We will not be able to accommodate anyone who is not listed on your RSVP.

Are Kids Invited?

If your child is listed on your RSVP, then there is a spot held for your child. Although, due to guest limitations, not all children will be able to attend. However, please use discretion when planning to attend. Children should remain with parents at all times to ensure the safety of themselves and others. The only exception to this rule is if children are sitting at the kids table. There will be a kids table available during the reception to entertain your little ones. To ensure safety of everyone, children must either be seated at the kids table or with their parents all night long.

Is There A Dress Code?

The dress code is formal! However, do not feel the need to buy a brand-new outfit. We do have a color scheme that everyone will look amazing in! So dress for the scheme and you will look fabulous. Ladies, wear your best floral/bright colored dress/skirts. Men, slacks of any kind, button ups, or polos are recommended. Please refrain from wearing jeans or white. We do not want to feel overdressed!

Will There Be A Bar?

No there will not. Our wedding will be completely dry. No inside or outside alcoholic drinks will be allowed at the ceremony or the reception.

What Time Should I Arrive?

Any guests arriving after 1:50 will be asked to wait outside the ceremony setting to avoid disturbing the flow of the ceremony.
