WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR THE CEREMONY?

Because the ceremony begins promptly at 5:30, please aim to arrive at 5:00pm to ensure you are comfortably arrive on time.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

We kindly ask that all guest wear the color BLACK only! Men can wear a white shirt with their suit/tuxedo. Or white dress shirt with black slacks. Women all black long gowns or dresser jumper. Please refrain from wearing any other colors! Also no jeans or sneakers! Only dressy formal attire!

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED TO COME?

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep the reception an adults-only event with the exception of the ceremony! We encourage you to use this as a weekend getaway!

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Due to limited space we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you received a plus one, there will be a place for you to share who your plus one will be when you RSVP. If you don’t , please respect our wishes as we’re trying to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. Thank you for understanding!

IS PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE VENUE?

Yes, The Ancient Spanish Monastery has a free spacious parking lot.

WILL THE RECEPTION AND THE CEREMONY TAKE PLACE INDOOR/OUTDOOR?

The ceremony will take place outdoors in the garden and the reception dinner will take place indoors following the ceremony.

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

Yes! Please plan accordingly and have a way to get home safely!

WHAT IF I DONT RSVP IN TIME?

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors and venue with a final number by a certain date. Please RSVP as soon as possible!

What should I do if I can’t make it?

You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it, please let us know ASAP, and we will mark you as no!
