Is there parking near the venue?
Yes - there is a parking ramp right across from the venue - the Stillwater Public Parking Garage. It states that there is a fee to park, but we were told by the venue that they never police it, and thus, you shouldn't need to actually pay for parking. It’s up to your discretion, but it should only be a smaller fee. There will not be a shuttle provided between the venue and any hotels.


What is the dress code?
For guys, dress pants and dress shirt - a sport coat or tie if it makes you feel good. For gals, a dress or skirt that you can dance in (no specific colors or length). We want everyone looking sharp and ready to celebrate!


What is the timeline of the day?
Ceremony starts promptly at 3 pm. There will be a cocktail hour (with appetizers) starting at approximately 3:45 pm, followed by the reception for which curtains will open at 5 pm. Last dance is at 11 pm. Note that the wedding and reception are in the same venue.


Is there an open bar?
Beer and wine will be hosted, there is also full cash bar available.
