What are the transportation options if I am flying?
The nearest airport to Charlottesville, VA (where the hotels are located) is Charlottesville-Albemarle (CHO) Airport which is ~9 miles from the center of Charlottesville. Other nearby airports include Richmond (RIC) (~78 miles), Washington Dulles (IAD) (~102 miles), Roanoke (ROA) (~117 miles) and Reagan Washington (DCA) (~115 miles).

Will there be a transportation provided to and from the venue?
Yes, there will be a complimentary shuttle service provided to and from the wedding venue on Friday for all guests. The buses will leave from the Omni Hotel (212 Ridge McIntire Rd, Charlottesville, VA 22903).
Timing for pick up and drop off will be posted to the website once finalized, but for planning purposes, please anticipate for the buses to depart from the Omni Hotel around 4pm.
Is there parking available at the venue / can I drive to the venue?
Yes, you may drive and park at the venue (Keswick Vineyards). Please anticipate arriving no later than 4:30 pm.
You can leave your car overnight at the venue and take a bus to the Omni Hotel at the end of the evening. You will need to move your car no later than 10am Saturday, May 24, 2025 as the venue will be hosting another wedding that day.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony and cocktail hour are fully outside, while dinner and the reception are enclosed under a tent. Please plan accordingly for walking through grass.

What is the dress code for your wedding?
The dress code is formal - we suggest that men wear a suit in any color, and women wear a formal spring dress.

While we adore your children, we are hosting an adults-only wedding and celebration on Friday, May 23, 2025. We greatly appreciate your understanding and look forward to sharing this special day with you!
