Lilly and Lindsey became fast friends when they joined the same sorority and realized they lived in the same dorm. In college Lindsey and Lilly lived a floor apart freshman year, across the hall sophomore year, together in their sorority house junior year, and in the same house their senior year. The two of them both moved to NYC directly after graduation and have been a consistent support system for each other since meeting. Lindsey loves her random FaceTimes with Lilly and will always treasure their friendship.
Matt and Lindsey met on the first day of school in the sixth grade. Lindsey was the new girl and Matt knew it, so he was one of the first people to introduce himself and tell Lindsey he wanted to be friends. Matt quickly became a staple in the Updyke household throughout the rest of middle, high school and college, where he was known for clearing out the fridge and pantry faster than Kelly Updyke could stock it. Lindsey and Matt also lived together in New York City for a year before the COVID-19 pandemic.
Lindsey and Myelle's relationship began when they both got into Syracuse University and were looking for roommates. Although they didn't end up choosing each other, fate did because Myelle's car was in front of Lindsey's when moving into their freshman dorm. Myelle was the first person Lindsey met at college and they were the definition of inseparable through graduation. Myelle's puppy Billie is Bear's best friend too, so Myelle and Lindsey love getting together with the pups and gallivanting around NYC!

Lindsey loves having heart to hearts with Whitney and is so excited to have Whitney next to her in October!
Lindsey and Haley are sisters born only 18 months apart! Therefore, Lindsey and Haley often got into trouble together growing up and were sent to "time out" together. Lindsey has absolutely loved becoming an aunt and watching her sister become a mom. Lindsey is so grateful she gets the chance to watch her nephew Kolt grow and loves seeing him achieve milestones.
Lindsey and Ally have always had a big sister, little sister relationship because Ally is Andrew's little sister. The two of them love cuddling with the dogs and going out to get food and Starbucks together. Ally and Lindsey already call each other "sis" and can't wait to make it official!
Jason is Andrew’s little brother and they have always had an incredibly close relationship. They’ve always bonded over their love for the Brooklyn Nets, talking almost daily about things that need to be changed to make the team better (they never improve). Whether it was playing catch in the backyard or basketball in the front, they were always finding ways to improve their games. Jason and Andrew have been best friends since before they both could walk and will be for the rest of their lives. Andrew calls it an honor to have Jason represent him on his wedding day as his Best Man.

school. They played travel baseball together growing up, but they didn’t become close friends until after graduating college. Now, 7 years later, they both live in NYC and have only grown closer. Whether it’s attending sporting events together or grabbing a drink (or several) after work, they’re making a consistent effort to see each other despite their busy schedules.
Andrew and James friendship began in Middle School.
Whether it was going on trips with James’ family to Philly or pretending to be Paul Revere in his basement, the two were inseparable growing up. Andrew and James do not enjoy losing in anything. He is honored that he will be a groomsman on his wedding day.
Chris and Andrew have the best kind of friendship. They
sometimes have gone months, even a year, without seeing each other but, when they do, it’s like nothing has changed. They don’t see each other, not because of a lack of trying, but because Chris is one of the hardest working people Andrew knows so it’s tough to find the time. Chris and Andrew have had some hilarious times together looking back. Andrew is very proud that he’s never allowed Chris to rush for 100 yards or more against him in Madden and reminds him often about that, even to this day.
Andrew met Tanner when he was just a Sophomore in High
School. Whether it was Tanner’s Eagle Scout initiation, High School graduation or a track meet, Andrew has always been there to support Tanner for the many accomplishments he has achieved in such a short time. They’ve bonded over the years over their affinity for Syracuse basketball and look forward to watching more games with each other in the
future.
