How should I RSVP?
You can either RSVP the traditional way by filling out the card included in your formal invitation and sending it back to the return address, or you can click the RSVP tab in the website and type your name and it will pop up with the guest included on your invite!
When should i RSVP by?
We kindly ask that all guest RSVP by May 9th, 2025 in order to allow us to give our vendors the final information they need to prepare for our big day! Sadly, if you have not RSVP'd by May 9th we will be counting all guest on your invite as "not attending".
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes! there are multiple parking lots guest can park in surrounding the venue. These are weekend parking spaces so feel free to leave your car overnight in order to safely return to your home/hotel. A shuttle will be provided the last two hours of the reception to take guest back to the Holiday Inn.

Are wedding events inside or outside?
Everything will be inside of the Grande Lodge! The ceremony will be on the second floor in the grand ballroom, guest will then move downstairs for cocktail hour, and finally we will return back to the grand ballroom for dinner and the reception!
Is there an elevator?
Yes! The image below shows you how to access the elevator from outside the building. For the ceremony and reception you will go to "floor 2", and for the cocktail hour you will go to "floor 1".
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to limited space in our venue we cannot accommodate plus-ones that are not formally listed on your invitation. If you have received a plus - one they will be addressed on your invitation as well as listed with you RSVP.
Can I bring my kids?
Due to limited space in our venue we will be keeping both the ceremony and reception "adult-only" events. We adore your children but we encourage you to use our wedding as a fun night out!
What time should I arrive to the venue?
We will be having a 5:30PM ceremony start time. We suggest arriving 20-30 minutes early to avoid any issues finding the venue or parking!
Is there a dress code?
We kindly ask guest follow a formal dress code! Ladies this means mid-maxi length dresses or skirts. Fellas, this include dress pants, button downs and suits. Please avoid jeans, t-shirts, bright neon colors and of course white!
Where should I stay if i'm not from Paducah?
We have reserved a hotel block under the "Newman Fitzgerald Wedding" - more information is listed in the "Travel" tab on this website. There are also Airbnb's around downtown Paducah if you prefer that!
