If your invite specifies “and Guest” then we look forward to celebrating with you and your guest! If your invite does not include a guest, unfortunately we are not able to accommodate for any extra guests. We are so excited to celebrate with the guests invited!

Similarly to the guest rule, if your invitation specifies you and your children, we would love to have them! If it does not, while we wish they could celebrate with us, it will have to only be the adults invited. Use this as a date night out!

Both the ceremony and the reception will be indoors! Our cocktail hour, however, will be outdoors under a pavilion. This assures that everyone will get to enjoy the beautiful August weather!

Yes! There is a block of rooms available at Holiday Inn Express and Suites at 4788 Nesbitt Dr. Rensselaer, IN 47978 (219-866-7111). Each room is $104 per night and the rooms are blocked for August 10th - August 11th. To book, call (219) 866-7111 and tell them you are with the party of the “Dermody-Helton Wedding”. **** All rooms must be booked by July 25th. Any rooms not booked will not be able to use the group rate! ****
