Please have all RSVPs sent over no later than ....

We suggest dressy cocktail attire. For girls, a nice black dress and your favorite heels (or flats) will do just fine. For men, black or navy blue dress pants and a button down would work great. The wedding party is wearing golds and champagnes (and obviously white!) so we politely ask that you avoid those colors.

With the nature of our reception we prefer a kid free wedding. We want to make sure all adults are able to have fun and let loose on the dance floor! But, we also understand sometimes that is hard so we understand if your kiddos need to join the party with us. Our venue does have a strict children's policy in place so make sure to keep an eye on those silly kiddos so we can all have fun!

Does your invitation include a +1? If not, then we have not prepared for you to bring a date and would not have appropriate accommodations for them. Therefore, we ask that you only bring yourself. If your invitation does note a +1, then you are welcome to bring your significant other if you would like.

The venue has free parking for all guests in the designated parking lot. Overnight parking is available for those crazy party people as long as the vehicle is picked up by 10am the next morning.

We have a shuttle set up for guests who do not want to drive to and from the wedding form the hotel. The shuttle does have limited seating so be sure to coordinate with other guests when they are leaving just to be safe.

We recommend arriving 30-45 minutes before the start of the ceremony. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm so arriving no later than 4pm gives you plenty of time to park, chit chat with friends & family, and find a seat!
