Allison and Andrew matched on the dating app, Hinge, in November of 2019. He was living in Allison's hometown, Maysville, KY. She was in town for the summer and preparing to move to Newport, KY to start her PT residency at the VA.

Over the next two months, they met for several dates in Newport and Maysville. One of the favorites was a date to the Cincinnati Zoo for the Festival of the Lights. Now a yearly tradition!

According to Allison, they started officially dating on January 1, 2020 after Andrew met her entire family for the first time. He probably wanted to forget this day since he scratched Julie and Gerald's dining room table during an intense game of Spoons.

Over 2 years, Andrew and Allison dated and enjoyed many things together including family game nights, TJMaxx dates, football tailgates, homemade pizza nights, golf lessons, 5K races, loved ones' weddings, and going on adventures with their dog, Rosie.

Andrew proposed to Allison at the Cincinnati Zoo in front of her favorite animal, Fiona the hippo.
