How do I RSVP?
Please follow the 'RSVP' tap. You will be able to search you and your party's names. Complete the questionnaire that follows and the RSVP process is completed! If you already know that you are unable to attend the wedding, please 'decline' through the 'RSVP' tab.
When should I RSVP by?
We are asking all guests to RSVP by September 21, 2024, so we can provide a final guest count to our vendors!
Can I bring a guest/date?
We, unfortunately, cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow people named on your Wedding Invitation. If you have any questions, please reach out!
Are children allowed?
Due to limited numbers, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named on your Wedding Invitation. We encourage you to use this evening as a "date night" for yourselves! If you have any questions, please reach out!
What is the dress code?
We are asking all of our guests to arrive in "dressy casual" attire. In other words, wear your Sunday best! And, of course, don't forget your dancing shoes!!
What time should I arrive?
We are asking all guests to arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony starts (aka at 4:00)! If you arrive after the ceremony has started, you will not be able to be seated and will have to wait until cocktail hour starts.
Will parking be available?
Yes! Designated parking is available near the wedding chapel. Parking spots will fill up fast, so arrive early to ensure a spot near the front!
Is handicap parking available?
No, there are no designated handicapped parking spots. If you or someone with you has trouble walking, drop-offs close to the chapel doors are available, but parking in the designated area is still required.
Is the venue indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be in a fully climate-controlled chapel; this means if rain is in the forecast, everyone will be indoors. The reception hall is in a different climate-controlled space, prefect for dinner and dancing!
Can I take photos and video during the ceremony?
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony, so we kindly ask that guests do not have their phones or cameras out during the ceremony. We have hired professional photographers to capture the wonderful moments of our day. We promise to share the pictures with you once we receive them!
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! There will be a small selection of beers, seltzers, and wines. Please be patient and respectful of our amazing bartender. And, of course, tips are always accepted!
What should i do with my wedding gift?
Our wedding registry can be accessed through the 'Registry & Honeymoon Fund' tab. Gifts can be sent directly to the desired address during the check-out process. Guests are also welcome to bring a gift on the wedding day. A designated table labeled 'Cards & Gifts' will be available under the FRONT PORCH OF THE RECEPTION HALL. Every gift is extremely appreciated, but is definitely not expected!
The venue is far from our house, will there be a place to stay?
Our venue is located in Lawrenceburg, TN. We understand the location is quite a drive for some people. There are many hotels and Airbnb locations near the venue. Unfortunately, we have decided not to do a hotel block to give our guests the freedom to stay where they feel comfortable. A list of recommended places to stay is located under the 'Travel' tab.
Is there anything else we should know?
If you have a question that was not answered, please reach out to Andrew or Brittany. We are so excited about the special day we have waited so long for! So come and enjoy yourself! We will see you soon!
